Service Terms & Scope Policies
At The Ghost Writers Ink, LLC, we deliver high-touch, customized strategy to position you for maximum success. To ensure fair delivery, clear timelines, and consistent quality across all client engagements, all orders are governed by the following policies.
1. Scope Limits & Standard Package Deliverables
- Standard Package Scope: Unless explicitly outlined otherwise in a specific service description, standard pricing covers:
- Up to 10 years of professional work history.
- Strategic alignment targeted toward one (1) core career track, job series, or vacancy announcement.
- Single-page design layouts for Capabilities Statements utilizing provided business data and branding.
- Out-of-Scope Requirements: Projects requiring coverage beyond 10 years of experience, multi-industry positioning, extended custom graphic design, or copywriting built entirely from scratch fall outside standard scope.
- Additional Invoicing Policy: If submitted project materials or requested edits exceed standard package boundaries, you will receive an intake notification and an additional invoice. All out-of-scope fees must be approved and paid prior to the commencement of any extra work.
2. Expedited Rush Policy
The Ghost Writers Ink, LLC offers priority queue placement for clients facing tight application windows or fast-approaching bidding deadlines.
- Rush Tiers & Pricing:
- Priority Rush (48 Business Hours): +$49
- Express Rush (24 Business Hours): +$89
- The Intake Clock Rule: The 24-hour or 48-hour rush window officially begins only after all required intake questionnaires, background documents, and target vacancy details are fully submitted to our team—not at the time of initial payment.
- Business Operating Hours: Rush turnarounds are calculated strictly within standard operating hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Materials submitted after 5:00 PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business morning.
- Draft Delivery Guarantee: Rush fees guarantee the expedited delivery of your initial completed draft suite. Standard turnaround times apply for any secondary revisions or edits requested after initial delivery.
3. Pricing Terms & Payment Policies
- Quote Validity: Customized quotes, proposals, and out-of-scope invoices issued by The Ghost Writers Ink, LLC remain valid for 14 calendar days from issuance.
- Rate Adjustments: Package pricing, rush fees, and service rates are subject to change. Orders fully paid prior to a published price increase will be honored at their original rate.
- Non-Refundable Custom Work: Due to the bespoke, intellectual-property nature of our copywriting and career services, payments are non-refundable once draft production has commenced. If you must pause your project, your account credit will remain active for up to 90 days.
