Cancellation Policy 

Please note that once a client has booked an appointment or service with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for them. If cancellation occurs [24 hours] after payment is processed and services have begun the client will be liable to pay any fees in full for the creation and production of the work to date.
